As a marine intelligence company, Hefring Marine deploys AI, sensor data and edge computing to empower vessel operators and fleet managers to make informed, data-driven decisions in real time to enhance crew safety, fuel efficiency and vessel sustainability.

In Norse mythology, the sea giant Ægir and the sea goddess Rán had nine daughters, each representing a type of wave. Some of their names persist in modern Icelandic as both female names and wave terms. One daughter embodied the 'rising wave,' the seas dynamic power. Her name was HEFRING.
